Healthcare
Healthcare Aide (HCA)
π Edmonton & Area Β |Β β± Full-time / Part-time
As a Healthcare Aide at Omera Care, you’ll provide personal care and daily living support to clients in their homes. You’ll be the face of our team β compassionate, reliable, and professional.
- Healthcare Aide certificate from an accredited Alberta program
- Experience in personal care and daily living assistance
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
Nursing
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Our LPNs deliver skilled nursing care in client homes, working under the direction of registered nurses and collaborating with the broader care team to ensure outstanding outcomes.
- Active LPN registration with CLPNA (Alberta)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in community or home care setting is an asset
- Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Nursing
Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered Nurses at Omera Care lead clinical assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing care for clients with complex health needs in their home environment.
- Active RN registration with CARNA (Alberta)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of home care and chronic disease management
- Leadership and care coordination experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Housekeeping
Professional Housekeeper
As a Professional Housekeeper at Omera Care, you will provide high-quality cleaning and home maintenance services to elderly seniors, helping them live in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Your work directly contributes to the health and dignity of those we serve.
- Proven housekeeping or professional cleaning experience
- Experience working with or around seniors is a strong asset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to perform deep cleaning, regular maintenance, and move-in/move-out cleans
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Clear criminal record check required
